Role Overview
CloudPaths is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to lead revenue growth across our NetSuite practice. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening our partnership with Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ERP or SaaS sales, thrives in a consultative selling environment, and has experience working within partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
Own and exceed annual sales quotas for NetSuite services and solutions
Develop and execute a national sales strategy to build and maintain a strong pipeline
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target industries (e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, wholesale distribution)
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
Alliance & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with Oracle NetSuite channel managers and sales teams
Collaborate on co-selling opportunities, joint account planning, and territory strategies
Leverage partner programs, incentives, and events to drive pipeline growth
Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Understand client challenges and align CloudPaths’ NetSuite solutions to business outcomes
Partner with delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and solution consultants on campaigns and proposals
Contribute to RFP responses, pricing strategies, and solution positioning
Provide market feedback to inform service offerings and go-to-market strategy
Forecasting & Performance Management
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools
Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously optimize sales effectiveness
Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
Required Experience
7–12+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP sales
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with or within a NetSuite Alliance Partner ecosystem
Strong understanding of ERP implementations and business process transformation
Skills & Competencies
Consultative selling expertise with strong discovery and closing skills
Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders
Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
Preferred
Direct experience selling NetSuite solutions or similar cloud ERP platforms
Established relationships within the NetSuite or broader Oracle ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
